I'd like someone familiar with the issue to explain why the revenue federations receive when signing youth players almost never corresponds to:

"30% to the Membership Fund, 35% to the Global Fund, and 35% to your Local Federation."

I've been observing the disparate revenues of my federation for some time now and comparing them with other federations.

Today I saw the most alarming case... a club in my country, Wales, signs a youth player... from Wales... and the Welsh fund receives 0.35 gold?

And this isn't the only question or complaint I have... I've been noticing for some time that money, in any currency, isn't always moved cleanly and transparently.

But before addressing other cases of "corruption" I've seen, I'd like someone to clarify this for me... why did the Welsh federation receive only 0.35 gold for a Welsh youth player signed by a one-star Welsh club?

@Kasyade it must be a 1 gold youth from the tutorial, the last update to help the new users to get started.

Gold CSKA Yambol signed a new 1 star potential youth and paid the fee to the fund 1 day -1

It wasn't his first youth, though, but it's probably still available based on the signup date

@Kasyade its corruption, surely, that Welsh club is probably run by Trump's son. It could also be
someone getting the "free" youth spawn from completing a task in the newbie tutorial.

What other forms of corruption did you find? Who found the discount codes?

@maridiba

Thanks for your reply. I had figured as much, although it still surprises me, that a player who's been in the game for over two months, who isn't verified (or if he is, there's a display error, because I see him as unverified), has access to the game tutorial.

That's one thing. On the other hand, I was aware that the post title would bring up the BOSS. Whose responses have been quite amusing, indeed.

As funny as you might find it, @nicmo, the truth is that what's happening with the federation accounts has nothing to do with the explanations offered in the game's help section.

You can keep making fun of it, or you can take this opportunity to clarify for the entire community how the game's funds actually work. Today I'm going to focus only on youth players; another day, if I feel like it and have the time, I'll focus on several other things I've noticed.

And so everyone can see what I'm talking about...

Welsh Federation, the youth player's country of origin

The Indonesian Federation, according to the data provided by the game, should not receive anything, as it is not the country of origin of the youth player.

The partners' fund

And this is what the game says verbatim in the English version, because I changed the language to English just in case it was a translation error.

These are the current prospects in Wales. The information your scouts have access to is limited by the amount of time the player has been available. The recruitment fee is paid in Gold and 30% goes to the Partners Fund, 35% to the Global Fund and 35% to your Local Federation.

I can understand that 35% of the local federation is divided between 2 federations, but if that's the case, and it's correct... I think 20 seasons is enough to update the information.

When someone accuses KOB of corruption, i use a little bit of comedy to lighten the mood, since its against the game's COC.

Anyway, is this what your referring to?

It would be very helpful to everyone if you report any problems you find so they can get fixed.

If your worried about that ?welsh? manager, report what problem you found specifically or else there is no way i can help just by guessing who it is.

@Kasyade it's half from manager national federation and half from player national
